I know what I did last weekend!!!

Ha!!!!! God punish the devil, HABA!!!
No oh!! Dont tell me to calm down.. I am vexed!! My outfits are dripping wet,my models running in the rain for shelter.. Props scattered everywhere.... Infact devil you're a liar, not even this rain can stop this foto shoot!!......... Oooooooooops!!.... OMG,completely forgot I was on air....(covering my face)!!
Haluuuu,
How you all doing??....hehehehe. Okay that was too much drama, I agree....its over now,....phew...
Excuse me,What did you say?.. You serious?... You sure you wanna know??.... But its nothing. Back then, was just voicing my anger...... what?.. You still want to know why I was upset?.... Okay ,okay I'll tell you....
So you know I promised not to stay away for too long again.... Now here I was last week trying to keep to my word even if its gonna be something different from our series,I mean I wanted to give you more insight to my works. So when I was asked by this awesome magazine to do some shoots for her next edition,I quickly jumped into the idea, I mean they were like heaven sent, cos been wanting to do this..... Did I hear some of my Nija peeps say awoof?...hahaha,hehehe... rotfl,( like say u no go do am if na you...lol. Please my foreign readers practice this english at home,or if need be practised in public, ensure to have a nija supervisor around.....lolol). As I was saying, one of my models had barely gotten into her first outfit before this wind came and threw our props and outfits all off, and before we could say 'Ophelia'..... there was a heavy down pour.... Ha!!.. infact hell is not enough punishment for the devil oo,the works of Ophelia Parle displayed on the billboards of Paris, New York, London and Abu Dhabi will hunt him forever.....
Anyways, enough of the ranting, cos in the end everything was beyond my wildest dreams...... Just needed to put the blame of working till late on someone.....hehehehe(big grin...lol).... And if I hear you say, Awoof dey porge... no discount for you!!!..... my turn for a big laugh..... hehehehe!!!....(wink,wink) , okay I forgive you. Anyways,I got some lovely models dat worked with me and they made me proud. Of course not to forget the make up artist for the day: Bellaza faces(you shld check out her blogspot -www.bellazafaces.blogspot.com).... Yeah what can I do without the awesome photographers... Femi and Ehis you rock totally. Inspite of the rain and the change of venue for the shoot, everyone stayed together all smiles and no complain. Trust me its was hectic, but we all saw the mark ahead... and I was so encouraged.
So below are some pics from the making of the shoot... or should I say my Preshoots,preview....?.....yeah..Thats what it is...lol.... Hold on!! What were you expecting??...hahaha,hehehehe.... awwwww.... you cant see the main shoots yet (ntoirrrrrr......aka :sticking out tongue).....

Tips Contd..... Season. 3

Haluuuuuuuuuuu, how are you my wonderful fans..lolololol. Don't mind me,tryna do d bribing Thingy on you....(Did it work?) Okay, okay I admit I have been gone for too long and it isn't nice am soooooo sowy....lol. Have been so busy trying to meet up with orders for the Easter holidays, weddings and (sadly) burials. A wwwwwwwww did I hear you say its okay? Awwwwwwwwwww thank you for forgiving me. I'll try and see that a discount is available for you here.....lol. So as a result of the inspiration I got this afternoon from a wonderful well known organization, I decided to  continue on my series.... Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaynessss!!!! Yeah I know! Here it is! And so I walked into this awesome office of this wonderful organization (Name withheld),to pick an item and make certain complaints;only to be welcome by the most horrific fashion apology one can ever subject themselves to! Don't say "HA! Haba Molly ooo".... Am not exaggerating o. Anyways let me go on with my story first.... The customer service is right across the entrance, and as I managed to walk to the Helpers desk, cringing WITHIN as I approached them, I couldn't help but whisper my concern to the first customer care person I met. You should have seen the guilt on her face when I asked her if they were dragged by the neck to wear this customer care outfit without checking the fittings? Now you get my anger? You may want to blurt out at me... "Molly mind your biz".... Well,duh....lolololol,come to think of it naaaa(In NIJA phonetics) It is my biz. I told the chick what to do next time (when there's no time for proper fittings), and yeah your guess is as good as mine; she took my number and Violaaaa!!... made some orders.... Time for my own yaaaaaaaaaaynesss!!!!...lol
Back to biz. My last post was about your measurements and how you can achieve them easily all by yourself. In this post,I'll be telling you how to cut your fabrics with the measurements you have done.
The first thing you should know as you use your measurements to cut is this;
FOLD YOUR FABRIC INTO TWO! This you will understand as we go further. Your fabric is folded into two with the separate side and a bended side. The seperate sides are d sides of the body while d bended side is d midsection of the body (not a rule,it can be vice versa) depending on the kind of outfit you want to make. An example is the folded paper illustration as seen in the picture below.

THERE ARE THREE WAYS TO OBTAIN YOUR MEASUREMENT VALUE BEFORE CUTTING
Bearing in mind the circular mode of the human body, measurements taken from the straight measuring tape will be diversified or should I say adjusted to a compressed value that will enable easy cutting.
Diagram showin roundness of body form

With the figure of the folded paper it is clearly seen that the measurements taken will under go several conversions..... Not to worry, wait don't get your four figure tables yet...hahahahaha,its not your further maths ooooo..... Rotfl...lol
Below are 3 ways to obtain this (I know what you're thinking..... wish you never bailed maths classes right?...... wink, wink):
1) There are measurements divided by one and this applies to every VERTICALmeasurement i.e every length measurement is divided by one thus remains the same.
2) There are measurements divided by two and this applies to every HORIZONTAL Measurement. For instance if a measurement is estimated to be 16". While cutting, the figure used for that measurement will be 8" . Example of such measurement is the SHOULDER Measurement.
3)Lastly,is your circular measurement e.g waist, hips, bust e.t.c. Measurements gotten for these sections of the body is divided into four. A typical example is when marking your fabric for cutting; If measurement for your waist is 28".....,can Someone tell me want the exact measurement will be while cutting.....lol
Now I'll know the real students hahahahahahaha........ (Very Big naughty grin).....lol

Anyways below is a diagram I quickly sketched in between my work time to explain this
Please do post your replies and comments..... looking forward to your answers...... xoxo
